I have been loving my Christmas gift from my mom and sister. I have used it (at least) once a week and I have definitely learned a lot. My favorite thing about it is that it cooks your dinner so quickly, even when you haven’t taken anything out of the freezer. My favorites are the dump dinners, which I’ve shared some below. But don’t forget the wonderful side dishes like mashed potatoes and boiled eggs that this Instant Pot is also great for! If you like the wrap don’t forget to visit Amy at All Wrapped Up IP. She has some great magnetic covers that will surely make you want to use this baby more often. And until the end January use code 10MANDI for 10% off your order. She has a adorable one with hearts out for Valentine’s day!

This one is definitely a favorite in my house because pasta duh!! It’s an easy meal, the kids love it… and the best part is, it’s done in 25 minutes from start to finish! We added some garlic toast and a side salad. If you need an easy peasy recipe try this one, your family will love it!

If you need something super delicious (especially the days you forget to take out the meat) you have got to try this one! Yummy cornbread pairs amazingly with this one.
