I know May is the month that summer BEGINS for most of us but I tended to lean towards dark thrillers for most of the month. Thankfully I wrapped up the month with a sweet and spicy beach read.
Darling Girls | Sally Hepworth
This one was recommended to me by my reader buddy. I'm a huge fan of Hepworth's novels, especially The Good Sister and The Mother-in-Law, so when I heard about this book, I knew it would definitely be a good one! The Paradise Problem | Christina Lauren
I absolutely adored this book! It was such a fantastic read, especially while I was on vacation. I had the pleasure of sharing this reading experience with my amazing girlfriends, and it made for such a delightful book club adventure. The clever and entertaining exchanges between the characters had me completely smitten, and I couldn't help but burst into fits of laughter throughout the entire story. I highly recommend this book if you're needing something sweet and spicy with some love and laughter sprinkled in. Christina Lauren does it again!
