One of our favorite things to do is read books together before bed. The kids, Zach and I snuggle up in one of the kid’s beds and they each get to pick a book, (or two) and we read together.
I like to keep current/seasonal books in each of their rooms and change them out each month. This month’s books were a mix of Valentine books and books about love! These titles are great for toddlers up to 7 year olds. We have a combination of board books that are easy-reads and paperback that have more of a story line.

Finally, I love seasonal coloring pages and the kids love getting to color (especially with markers). I also stock up on the blank books from the Target Dollar Spot, they’re especially great for restaurants or keeping kids busy while you’re out.
