Hello friends! I feel like I needed a little break from my blog this past month to be close to my family and take care of our health. Along with remembering our sweet Maverick on his birthday (February 14th), we also had to deal with Maddox getting the flu and then I got the flu a few weeks later. So long story short, it was a very tough month!
But, I’m excited to share some pretty awesome podcasts that I listened to this month- in lieu of my usual book list. So I thought I would share just in case you’re interested in any of these topics.
This one is an oldie but goodie! I started this one last year but got right back into it recently. It’s an investigative journalism podcast that looks into cases of people who have mysteriously gone missing. It’s really good if you like that kind of stuff!
Y’all Kayse Morris is my hero! She is this amazing teacher-preneur who is also a business coach for teacher-hustlers. I love the advice she gives in her podcast and also keeps it attainable! She leaves you with a goal/to-do each time and it’s really inspiring.
Okay, I should preface with, this was not what I expected and there was a lot of profanity (which I’m not a fan of). But this was a really twisty story about a man that is searching for answers about an alleged murder, come to find out… well I won’t spoil it for you. It was told very well and it kept me intrigued the whole season!
Rise Podcast with Rachel Hollis
I saved the best for last because everything Rachel Hollis does you can count me in! I just love her amazing content always with such an inspiring and moving message. My favorite episodes are, What Success Really Means and Overcome Distraction in Work & Life. If you give it a listen, I’d love to hear your thoughts.
There you have it, just a few of my favorites lately. The titles I have on my To Be Read pile are… The Kiss Quotient, Girl, Stop Apologizing and An Anonymous Girl.
