Today’s post is all about yummy goodness! Seriously ya’ll, you’re going to want to run out and get the ingredients to make this awesome appetizer because it’s that good! Every time I make this everyone asks me what the recipe is and they ALL get eaten up! So get ready for some Cheesy Rotel Cups!! I originally saw this recipe here and I made it right away for a little get together at our house. Well…. they were all gone in a matter of minutes. Minutes I tell you! They are so delicious and so easy to pop, you can’t have just one! See the picture? I couldn’t even snap a pic before one or two were gone! Since everyone always asks for the recipe I thought I’d share with you, so here we go! Shopping List: 3 packages of Mini Fillo Shells 1 can mild Rotel 1 bag of real bacon bits 1 1/2 cups shredded colby & monterrey cheese 1 cup mayonnaise The fillo shells are awwweesome! They are so easy to bake and you can do a lot of other easy recipes with these little guys. Click here to check them out! Okay, let’s get started. First thing you need to do is mix almost drained can of rotel, bacon bits and mayo until blended. Add in the cheese and mix until blended. Then fill your shells. It’s very easy to overfill so don’t be too generous at first. It’s better to have plenty at the end to go back and add where needed. Now just pop ‘em in the oven at 350 for about 15 minutes. They’re ready when they’re golden brown! Serve them up and watch them disappear!!
This is definitely one of my favorite recipes to bring to any get-together and they are SURE to please! Just try them out and you will see what I mean! They are super easy to make and everyone will be asking “what’s the recipe?” Follow me on Pinterest here. Follow me on Facebook here.
