Does your organization cabinet look like this? If your family loves a game night, then we feel you. Our kids love playing games, whether it be together as a family or just them two when they are board. We’ve been tackling lots of organization projects around here so hopefully you can get an idea or two to take away and implement into your home.
The amount of games we have is a little ridiculous. Anyone else in the same boat? My family LOVES a good game night! Everyone gets involved and we all have the best time! We have a good variety of classics and more modern games.
The problem is the giant boxes were taking up 4 cubbies and we didn’t have room for anything else. We don’t have an extra storage closet for games/toys in our playroom. This is a shelf from Ikea. And I LOVE the amount of storage it provides, but our games were still overflowing.
We even had some puzzles in one cubby so I decided to organize these the same way.
I found a great idea from Hello Happy Home and it only took 3 items to complete the final product
I used tape, a box cutter, two different sizes in these Plastic Travel Bags – (A4 & B4) and the rest is history!
These slim bags fit in our bookshelves so much easier and I could fit ALL of the games in ONE CUBBY!
And the best part…. we got to recycle all of these boxes!
