Do you have never-ending piles of school work when your child brings home their school folder? Although our school has gone paperless and uses a lot less worksheets, it’s still nice to save those projects, special writing pieces or certificates that they worked so hard to earn.
I started these boxes when the kids were very little and I’m so glad I did. The refrigerator work area was adorable but it started taking over our entire kitchen.
There isn’t a real secret to this memory box, but I hope it helps with your paper pile. The great thing about this project is you only have to make it once. There is no other upkeep, other than placing the papers in each file every so often.
I like to keep the storage tubs in a closet that is easily accessible so I can put things away once the pile is too big.
