This series is compared to Gossip Girl and Made in Chelsea. Think rich, gorgeous socialites that run London. This series really has a way of sucking you in. If you’re not prepared to invest your time, you might need to skip this series. But if you’re looking for some toxic romance that will leave you wanting more, then this series is just what you need.
These are the original covers, and I love how unique each one is made.
Magnolia Parks | by Jess Hastings
Magnolia Parks
The best way I can describe this book is a beautiful mess.
Magnolia Parks is gorgeous, affluent, self-involved, and a rich London socialite. She is in love with Britain’s most photographed bad boy who broke her heart BJ Ballentine.
I’m excite to learn more about this found family in the next book where it’s all about Daisy!
THIS was spectacular. Daisy Haites is the sister to her gang lord brother, Julian and all she wants is a normal life. She is studying to be a doctor (to help with the “family business” and she has a strong head on her shoulders. But all that comes in to question when she falls hard for Christian Hemmes, the beautiful and emotionally unavailable guy, who happens to be in love with his best friend’s girl, Magnolia.
Ya’ll this one had my hands sweating. It is so intense and angsty I truly fell in love with Hemmes and Baby Haites. GAAAHHHH

The third book takes us back to Magnolia and Beej, nearly a year later. These two and their toxicity and miscommunication has me screaming at my book!!! Magnolia has moved to New York and is living this posh, dreamy life while, it seems BJ has moved on with🙄
But don’t be fooled, these two always find their way back to each other.
I LOVED following this twisty love story and finding out some of their deepest secrets and one of the reasons they can’t seem to quit each other. I truly fell in love with Bridget and her whit and clever personality.
The ending had me brokennnnn so naturally I had to pick up the last book.

We’re back for Daisy #2 and I hate to say I was a bit dissappointed.
Here’s the lowdown. Daisy had left her old life behind, she was ready to start fresh in a new city with a new boyfriend. But when her safety is threatened she finds herself back under the watchful eye of her gang lord brother Julian. And to make things more complicated Julian starts seeing Magnolia Parks!! Yes, THAT MP!!
Here’s why I was so disappointed. This book didn’t have ENOUGH of Daisy and Hemmes. I got WAY too much of Julian’s perspective and honestly, I don’t really care about his pov. One thing I did like was the friendship that developed between Magnolia and Daisy, started sour and became sweet. I especially loved Jonah’s relationship with Face, that is true family.
The main reason I bumped it up to 4 stars is because the ending had me gripping the book like WHATTT?!! How will this end?
I cannot wait for the last book, March 19 is too far away!!!
4/5 Stars
All that to say, whether you love it or hate it you can’t help but be TOTALLY invested in these fictional character’s stories. I mean, seriously I feel like I know them.
