As I am gathering the wants/needs for Christmas I thought I would share some of our ideas for the kids. Keep in mind, we are gifting these for a 3 year old and almost 5 year old. This list is a combination of what they’ve asked for and what we know they need. Most of them are from Amazon which means you can order it today and it’ll be here with plenty of time to get it under the tree by Christmas Eve.
- Play Table- I’m starting off with the most expensive and valuable gift which is a new play table. We have had an older, smaller table since Maddox was a baby and it’s just time for an upgrade. Something a little bigger that can last through the years. So we decided on the Carolina Table and Farmhouse Chairs.
- Action Storybook Bible– We have heard awesome things about this bible for kids and we’re so excited for Maddox to dig into the word daily and learn about God’s truth.
- Star Wars Book Set– This is just one of the new books we’ve gotten for the kids. Maddox is really into Star Wars and the Golden Book Collection was one I couldn’t pass up.
- PJ’s- This one is a practical one that the kids just need. As they get taller and stretch out, I’m noticing those fitted toddler jammies don’t seem as comfortable to them anymore. Sooo as sad as it makes me I’m going to attempt these matching pj sets from Gap. They have this style for the boys and girls and I love it!
- Hooded Towels- Another practical one because the PBK towels are so thick and plush, we love them! I know Maddox will love getting out of the bath to become Darth Vader.
- Walkie Talkie Set– I thought the kids would get a kick out of this walkie talkie set by talking to each other. Maybe even around bedtime so they’re not calling for mom and dad while trying to fall asleep.
- Osmo– This creative play set makes my mom/teacher heart happy. It offers number games, creativity drawing and spatial awareness all while incorporating problem solving skills. I’m excited for Maddox to try this one, I think he’ll love it!
- My First Magic Set– This one is little more simple and I think Maddox will enjoy learning new tricks and doing them for family and friends. And if not, well at least it was cheap.
- Zingo– My students love this game and I think my kids will too! If your kids are into playing matching games this one might be a good one to add to your collection.
- Bicycle– This one is obvious, but Mia just turned 3 and has shown a lot of interest in riding a bike. These matching accessories are also sweet.
- Lego Set– Maddox is really into building with Legos so these Lego set Juniors is right up his alley! I know he’ll love them!
- Monopoly Junior– Now that my kids are into board game what better way to get them acclimated than with a good old fashioned Monopoly game. I’m excited for family game nights in the future!
