Although Maddox just turned TWO, I’m saving his post until next weekend after his birthday party. Today is all about Mia turning 3 months!!
Mia Baby (as Maddox likes to call her) has definitely become such a FUN addition to our family. She has quite the personality and when she’s awake, she’s full of smiles!
She did great at the Doctor’s office for her check up and she is growing well (as you can see). Her cheeks and leg rolls are the cutest thing ever! She looks more and more like Maddox everyday. She really enjoys looking all around and enjoying the scenery, especially if Maddox is around. She’s getting a lot better at tummy time but still only lasts a few minutes at a time. She has gotten so big this month she’s in a size 2 diaper and already fitting in some 3-6 month stuff, especially her headbands! Mia is on a pretty set feeding schedule and sleeps like a champ at night- usually about 7-8 hours at a time! She still sleeps in mommy and daddy’s room but that’s ok, I’ll move her when I’m ready.
This month brings a lot of emotions because I will be going back to work in a few weeks and I am definitely NOT ready to leave my baby girl for a whole work day. She will be attending the same school as her brother and I absolutely adore the staff and the love they have for our kids. It’s just heartbreaking to say goodbye after we’ve spent every. waking. minute. together since she was born. Cue the mommy tears…

You have brought mommy, daddy and bubba so much joy these past few months. We love talking to you and singing to you! I have loved every minute of staying home with you all day, even on days that you were fussy or grumpy, your smile makes it all better. You love going on outings and especially when you can get out of your car seat and look all around. You are the most beautiful baby girl in the whole world and you are so special to us.

Oh my goodness! She's adorable! And I LOVE all her wraps!
Girl she is the cutest. And I can only imagine how hard it will be to leave her during the day!!!!! And those cheeks…I just want to squeeze them…so precious!!!!
